ORDERS

Did my order go through?
If you got a confirmation email, you’re good. No email? Check your spam. Still blank? Hit us up at contact@wearflash.cc.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t left yet, maybe. If it’s already on the road and on its way to, you.

I messed up my address. What now?
Email us asap at contact@wearflash.cc. If it hasn’t left yet, we’ll fix it. If it has, then, we’ll talk.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
France, Europe, and more as we grow. We’re working on expanding our reach. If your location isn’t listed, email us at contact@wearflash.cc. We’ll see what we can do.

How long does it take?
Between 2 to 7 working days. Depends on your country, and how moody our shipping partners are.

Is shipping free?
Not always. But it’s fair. For most EU orders over 200€, pickup point delivery’s on us.

What carriers do you use?
Mondial Relay, Colissimo, and local partners.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll get an email with a tracking link once your parcel’s flying.

I missed my pickup point. And now?
It happens. If your package returns, just email us at contact@wearflash.cc. We’ll see what’s possible and take it from there.

Where is your gear made?
In Spain, amigo.

What’s your gear made for?
To perform. We chose technical fabrics and solid assembly to make sure nothing holds you back. No compromises on quality, and whenever possible, we use recycled materials too.

Are your colors accurate?
We work hard to make sure the photos match the real thing. Still, screens have their own ideas.

Are your products limited?
Yes. Once it’s gone, it’s usually gone. FOMO is part of the ride.

Will you restock?
Rarely. We move forward, not backward. Like a proper breakaway.

Can I buy your stuff in stores?
Nope. Online only for now.

Do you sell socks?
Not yet. But when we do, your old ones will start to feel ashamed.

SIZING

How do I pick the right size?
Check our sizing guide on the product page > features section > sizing. If you’re between sizes, size up. Breathing matters, even in race mode.

Is it unisex?
Hell yes, at least for jerseys. For bibs, we’re working on it. Should be coming soon (unless we go bankrupt first).

Is it race fit?
Let’s just say: it hugs. If you want loose, we’re probably not your brand.

Will this fit? Or am I lying to myself again?

Can I wear it off the bike?
Technically yes. Socially? That’s on you.

RETURNS

Can I return something?
Yep. You’ve got 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Email us first at contact@wearflash.cc. If we’re cool with it, send it back (on your dime).

Do you offer exchanges?
Not really. We keep it simple: return > refund > reorder. No back-and-forth, no weird logistics dance.

What if my gear is faulty?
Then we’ll fix it. If it’s on us, we own it. Same music, email us at contact@wearflash.cc and we’ll make it right, fast.

Do I need the original packaging?
No need for a ceremonial wrap, but send it back clean, folded, and not smelling like regret.

Will I be refunded for shipping?
Only if we messed up. If it’s not our fault, you pick up the bill.

CARE

How do I wash it?
Wash it at 30°C, inside out. No bleach, no fabric softener, no tumble dryer.
Let it air dry, and skip the iron, unless you’re lost in life.

Will it last?
Absolutely. As long as you take care of it. Treat it like your ride gear, not your gym towel. Wash it gently, hang it properly, and it’ll stay sharp for a long time.

It smells. Is that normal?
Yes, it’s normal. It means you pushed hard. Just don’t let it sit too long before washing. It deserves better than the bottom of your backpack.

What if I’m not cool enough for your brand?
Then you’re exactly cool enough. Trying too hard is the real problem.

Can I wear it even if I suck at cycling?
Yes. Everyone sucks until they don’t. Keep riding, and look damn good doing it.

Can I mix Flash with other brands?
Do what you want. Just know we designed this to hit different. Mixing it with soulless kits might cause an identity crisis.

Can I crash in Flash?
Absolutely bud, you can crash in anything. Flash won’t save you from gravel rash, but at least you’ll hit the ground in style.

Can I order Flash after two glasses of wine?
Statistically, that’s when our best customers buy. Go for it.

What if I regret my purchase?
Then email us. Or stare into the mirror wearing your kit and remind yourself you’ve made worse decisions before.

Can I tag you when I post?
We’re @wearflash.cc. Tag us. We see you. Sometimes we even repost you.

Can I give Flash as a gift?
Yes, but only if the person can handle unsolicited compliments and being the best-dressed rider at brunch.

Will Flash make me faster?
We optimized for performance, aero and fit. So technically, yes. But gains will be marginal. Confidence is watts after all. You’ll definitely look like you dropped the group on purpose.
