RETURNS — HOW IT WORKS

If we approve your return, you send the product back.
No green light from us = no return, no refund. Simple math.
You get a refund, minus shipping fees (we’re cool, but not that cool).

RETURN SHIPPING

Sometimes it’s on you, sometimes it’s on us. It depends on the situation.
Either way, just know: returns are at your own risk.
If your package disappears on the way back, that’s between you and the gods of logistics. But don’t stress. If you’re chill and the universe plays nice, we’ll do our best to sort you out.

CONDITIONS TO RETURN

We only take stuff back if it’s:
Unworn. Unwashed. Not trashed. Neatly packed.
Basically, if it doesn’t look like it’s been through a 3-day rave, we’re good.

EXCHANGES — SAME ENERGY

Still 14 days to ask nicely (or not, like my ex used to snif).
If we’re down, you’ll get a gift card for the original product price (shipping not included).
Second exchange? Might come with shipping fees, a side-eye from us, and a playlist of sad breakup songs to help you move on. Depends if you’re giving main character energy or just chaos.

REFUNDS

Once we get your return and it ticks all the boxes, you’ll get your refund within 14 days via the same payment method.
