SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to France, Europe, and soon, the damn galaxy.
If your country isn’t available at checkout, don’t cry just yet. Shoot us an email at contact@wearflash.cc and we’ll do our best to find a way.
We’re not Amazon, but we’re not gatekeepers either.


HOW WE SHIP

We work with Mondial Relay and Colissimo, and their little army of local partners.
That means:
→ Home delivery
→ Pickup point
We don’t deliver by bike (yet), but we keep it solid and trackable.


DELIVERY TIMES

Depends where you live. If you’re in a capital city, congrats.
If you’re lost in the Alps, well expect 2 to 7 business days.
We’re fast, but not faster than logistics reality.


SHIPPING COSTS

Let’s talk dirty: shipping has become a joke lately. Prices are ridiculous. But we’re not here to make bank on your back, just to keep rates as low as humanly possible. When we can, we just eat the cost. For most orders over €200, we cover your pickup point delivery.
It’s not always pretty, but it’s fair. If your inner child is crying about it, mail therapist@wearflash.cc. We’ll unpack it together and finally put those yoga sessions your girlfriend forced you into to good use.


TAXES & DUTIES

If you’re ordering from the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Monaco, or anywhere outside the EU playground, local laws may throw in extra fees, VAT, or other surprises. No, we don’t like it either.
But if it happens, it’s on you, not on us. That’s international shipping, baby.


LOST & FOUND

Once your package is marked as delivered (or waiting at a pickup point), it’s officially in your hands, whether you grabbed it or not. We’d ask our intern to double-check, but we spent that budget on carbon wheels. Sorry buddy. Priorities.

Missed the pickup email? It might come back to us. We’ll try to help, but no promises. We’re better at sending stuff out than chasing it back.
If the carrier screws up, reach out to them directly. They’ve got the tracking, the trucks, and the hotline music. We’ve just got cool jerseys.
